Off Season

Still waiting for the off season to end. But keeping busy, contacting companies and redoing reusme. Also re-reading textbooks and notes from the last two years. Its amazing what it brings back my mind. My first attempt of clarifing butter (dont ask) my first back box, and many others. this all makes me want to cook more and serve others. Matter of fact Im making gnocci today, we will have to see how it comes out.
